Theresa Primitive Folk Art Doll

-12 1/2 inches tall.
-Body, Muslin, double grunged & baked, sanded & distressed. Arms lightly wired & poseable.
-Eyes, two vintage buttons.
-Mouth & Nose, embroidered, pinch stitch sculpted.
-Hair, Wool yarn, stitched in place, & styled in pigtails.
-Clothes, Dress made from a beautiful Delft Blue Toile, gathered high on the chest, with rusty pins & bells. This Toile print is one of the loveliest I have ever seen. The 'scenes' are of children, playing and boating, possibly circa 1910? Bloomers very grubby & nubby Osnaburg.
-Card Ornie says, “Dream a little Dream of Me”, 3 x 4 1/4”.
-Rusty pinned in back for hanging display, or will sit quite nicely.
-VERY grunged with coffee, vanilla, & cinnamon.
-Signed and dated.
